By accessing or using TrupeerTechnologies.com and its affiliated browser extensions, AI rendering services, and APIs, provided by TRUPEER TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.
TrupeerTechnologies provides an AI-powered SaaS platform that converts raw screen recordings into studio-quality videos (featuring synthetic voiceover narration, smart zoom camera movements, and branded visual overlays) and auto-generated step-by-step documentation.
Customer Content Ownership: You retain 100% full ownership of all raw screen recordings, audio tracks, brand assets, and generated outputs (videos, transcripts, translated files, and HTML/PDF documentation) created through our Services. TrupeerTechnologies claims no proprietary right over your generated video collateral.
Platform IP: TrupeerTechnologies retains all right, title, and interest in and to the platform software, algorithms, 5-phase AI pipeline orchestration code, UI design systems, and trademarks.

Services are billed on a subscription basis (monthly or annually) according to your selected plan (Starter, Team, or Enterprise). Payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as specified in an executed Enterprise Master Services Agreement (MSA).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TRUPEER TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
